Every calculator on this site can sit on a strata corporation, condo corporation or property management website, free. Owners get the answer where they already look, and it stays current, because what you embed is the live calculator, with sources re-checked every Monday.

Where to paste it
- WordPress: add a Custom HTML block to the page and paste.
- Wix: Add, then Embed code, then Embed HTML, and paste.
- Squarespace: add a Code block and paste.
- Google Sites: Insert, then Embed, then Embed code, and paste.
- Owner portals and newsletters: anywhere that accepts custom HTML or an iframe will work. Where only links are allowed, link to the calculator page instead.
Questions
- Does it cost anything?
- No. There is no account, no key and no limit. The calculators are free on this site and free on yours.
- Will it stay accurate?
- It is the same calculator that runs on this site, not a copy, so when a section is re-verified or the law changes, the embedded version changes with it. The sources behind every calculator are checked automatically every Monday; the monitoring record shows each check.
- Does it track the people who visit our site?
- No. It sets no cookie and reads nothing from your page. This site counts, as daily totals, how many times an embedded calculator is shown and run, with nothing that identifies anyone. The privacy page has the detail.
- Can we remove the credit line?
- Please keep it. It is how other councils and boards find these tools, which is what keeps them free. The calculator also links to its full page, where the quoted sections and the verification date live.
- Is it legal advice?
- No. Each calculator states the rule the legislation sets and the section it comes from. Your registered bylaws can change what applies, and for anything contested your corporation should speak to a lawyer.
- We are a management company with many buildings. Anything different?
